Launch your own VPN service in a day, no DevOps
VPN-in-a-Box is a turnkey solution that deploys a ready-to-sell commercial VPN stack with a single idempotent Ansible run. Panel, sales, payments and a user cabinet — out of the box. A block-resistant bridge setup needs at least 3 clean VPS.
What's inside:
- Remnawave VPN panel
- Telegram shop bot (sales)
- User web cabinet
- Payments + TLS reverse-proxy
- Geo nodes and backups
- Our own VPN client (whitelabel — option, from $1000)
Who this box is for
You want to run your own VPN business — without spending weeks wiring the stack by hand.
Target buyer
A technically literate entrepreneur or a small team: you can rent a VPS and run a command in a terminal, but you have no DevOps team and no time to assemble the panel, bot, cabinet, payments and proxy separately.
A stack of 8+ services
Panel, nodes, sales bot, cabinet, payments, reverse-proxy, TLS, monitoring — each with its own config and pitfalls.
Days of integration
Wiring it all so the bot sees the panel, payments reconcile and TLS doesn't break is a multi-week project of its own.
Fragility and data loss
Settings live only in the DB, there are no backups, and a re-deploy breaks prod. One failure and your prices and subscriptions are gone.
The ideal solution for business
Build your own closed, private perimeter: the whole stack runs on your servers, the source is yours. Don't depend on third-party VPN services — no foreign blocks, outages or policies.
Your private perimeter
A closed network on your own infrastructure — panel, nodes, client. Access for your people only; nothing leaves your control.
Independence
No reliance on someone else's VPN: their limits, prices, blocks and policy. The perimeter runs as long as your servers do.
Control & privacy
Full control over access and data. No telemetry, no call-home — the product never phones a third party's infrastructure.
For your team or for resale
Use it for your own company and team, or sell access to clients — one box covers both.
What's in the box
A ready business layer around VPN — not “just install a panel”, but everything for selling and operating.
Remnawave panel
Manage nodes, users, subscriptions and inbounds. Randomized subscription path, HWID device limits.
Telegram shop bot
Bedolaga: plans, promo codes, referrals, trial period, auto-renewal from balance, support tickets — your sales channel.
Web cabinet
User SPA cabinet: subscription, devices and connection guides under your own brand.
Payments
Ready integrations: Telegram Stars, CryptoBot and card/SBP gateways — toggled by config when keys are present.
TLS reverse-proxy
Nginx Proxy Manager with auto Let's Encrypt and CrowdSec. HTTPS on every domain out of the box, fail-closed by default.
Geo nodes
One or many VPN nodes you add as you grow: a new location is added to the inventory with a single command, no hand-editing configs.
Backups
Automatic dump of the bot and panel databases to a chosen target (local / Telegram / S3) — prices and subscriptions survive a rebuild.
Anti-blocking
Multi-protocol and bridge inbounds against DPI filtering: stable access where plain configs get cut.
We have our own VPN client — plus whitelabel under your brand
An in-house cross-platform VPN client on a Rust core — it bypasses blocks where generic clients give up. Rebranding it under YOUR brand and custom work is a separate option.
Custom Rust core
Not a fork of a generic client — an in-house core with DPI/censorship bypass. It connects where v2rayNG and Happ give up.
Cross-platform
Windows and Android (and more) under one subscription from the cabinet.
“Auto” button
The client picks a working server and transport itself. Users don't deal with ports, protocols or bypass settings.
Whitelabel under your brand
The client's name, icon and look under your brand — a separate option (see below). Buyers see YOUR product, not a nameless app.
Whitelabel rebranding (name, logo, icon) and client modifications are a separate option — from $1000, discussed personally. Message @ypncore directly on Telegram.
How it works
Four simple steps from an empty VPS to your first paying customer.
- 1
Create a box
Copy the overlay template and fill in ~20 config variables: domains, bot token, payment credentials, prices.
- 2
Onboard
The onboarding wizard validates the config (DNS, bot token, ports), generates the inventory and an encrypted vault of secrets.
- 3
Two-pass deploy
Deploy runs in two passes: the first brings up the panel/bot/cabinet, an intermediate step pulls secrets from the live panel, the second pass finishes the proxy and TLS. Friendly: a guide walks you through it.
- 4
First customer
The wizard prints links and passwords. Open the Telegram bot, sell your first subscription — the service is live.
Why two passes: some secrets (the panel API token, node keys) are only issued by an already-running panel. The guide walks you through these steps and stores the keys in the vault — you don't need to understand the internals.
Why a box instead of building it yourself
The same thing by hand is weeks of work, other people's pitfalls and a fragile result.
Saved time
Hours instead of weeks. All services integrated up front — the bot sees the panel, payments reconcile, TLS holds.
Idempotency
Re-deploys don't break prod. Check-mode by default, safe updates, predictable state.
Updates
Access to fresh release tags for the purchased period: new image versions and fixes with a compatibility matrix.
Multi-box
One shared codebase — many clients. Each box is a private overlay; manage the whole fleet from a single repository.
Pricing
One-time purchase. The source is yours, no subscription on the product itself, no telemetry.
What's included

Frequently asked questions
The essentials before you buy.
What do I need to launch?
From 3 clean VPS (Ubuntu LTS or Debian) with root SSH — a block-resistant bridge setup needs a panel + entry bridge + exit node. Plus a domain with DNS access, a Telegram bot token and admin ID. Optionally, payment provider accounts. Everything else is generated by the onboarding wizard.
Is it legal?
The product is neutral software for private internet access. The licensee is solely responsible for the lawful operation of their service and for compliance with the laws of the jurisdictions where they operate and where their users reside. Offer/policy templates are on your side.
Do I need DevOps?
No. It's enough to rent a VPS and run a command in a terminal. The onboarding wizard validates input, generates configs and walks you through the two-pass deploy. The goal is your first paying customer within a day.
How do updates work?
A one-time purchase gives access to fresh release tags for the agreed period. Images are pinned for compatibility; an update is a git pull of the right tag and a repeat idempotent deploy.
Is there support?
The base purchase is the product and documentation. Bespoke support, SLAs and custom integrations are under a separate agreement. Reach out on Telegram or by email (see contacts below).
What's the license, and can I resell?
A proprietary license: you deploy an unlimited number of your own instances for your own VPN business, but reselling/publishing the source code and selling the box as a competing product are prohibited. Full text is in LICENSE.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. Brand name, copy, domains and contacts are config variables. The landing, cabinet and bot are white-label: your name, your Telegram, your prices.
Is it tied to your servers?
No. No telemetry and no call-home: the product does not phone home and does not require a connection to our infrastructure. Our availability never affects your running service.
